I don’t usually write reviews, but after our visit today, I felt I had to speak up. We came here on a Saturday morning to celebrate a child’s birthday with friends and family, expecting a fun and welcoming environment. Unfortunately, that’s not what we found.
From the moment we arrived, the presence of security was overwhelming. There were multiple guards in bulletproof vests, visibly armed, and it felt more like walking into a high-security zone than a place for kids to have fun. It raised immediate concerns about what kind of environment they’re expecting—and paying top dollar to be in that atmosphere didn’t sit right with us.
On top of that, we didn’t feel welcomed by the staff. It was disheartening to sense an attitude, especially from certain employees, that made us feel out of place. I understand it’s not always easy to talk about, but when a place makes you feel uncomfortable—whether intentionally or not—it matters. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect, regardless of who they are.
Bottom line: the energy was off, the experience wasn’t worth the price, and we won’t be back. If you’re planning a family outing, I’d recommend driving a little further and heading to a place like Cedar Point, where the vibe is friendlier, the atmosphere is fun, and you know what to expect.
