点评：We stayed in Baku for several days for tourism and booked all our tours through Baku City Tours. Our overall experience was truly excellent and highly satisfying.
A special thanks to Mr. Guler, who carefully designed our tour package according to our preferences, and to Ms. Esmira, the Sales Manager, who was extremely professional, responsive, and supportive throughout the process. Their coordination and attention to detail made our trip smooth and worry-free.
The services provided by Baku City Tours were outstanding. Pick-ups and drop-offs were always perfectly on time. The drivers were courteous and professional, and the guides were exceptionally good.
We would especially like to appreciate Mr. Elcan (also known as Mr. Johnny) and Mr. Said/Sayed. Both of them were very knowledgeable, eager to share insights about Azerbaijan’s history and culture, and always helpful and patient. Their enthusiasm and warmth added great value to our sightseeing experience.
One of the best things about Baku City Tours is their immediate response to queries or concerns. For tourists in a foreign country, this reassurance is extremely important and greatly appreciated.
