Beach cafe back of Marks & Spencer,… The cafe with no name, no ham, no salad & no slaw and definitely no customer servjc

点评：We visited this cafe, which had no name on April 30th about 11.30 am .
We had been there loads of times before but it appears they have changed ownership and it was diabolical.
There was a young girl, alone there doing food & drinks.
We wanted a nice cuppa tea and a snack, they had NO tea cakes.
So we ordered a cheese and ham panini and two cups of tea., paid £9.50 I believe.
The tea was Luke warm and served in paper cups with tea bag left in the cups.
I hate paper cups !
Within minutes were then told she no ham, as they had run out.
She told us the alternatives we could have with cheese, so chose bacon and cheese !
I watched as she cooked the one rasher of bacon which took 3 minutes.
The two slices she broke in half with bare hands and folded in half and put into the panini, added the bacon and put in the panini toaster !
It was served in a cardboard box with NO SALAD & NO COLES!AW which was what it was advertised it came with.
I asked where was tge salad and coleslaw and she said they had run out of that too !!!!
So out of a cheese and ham panini , all served with salad & slaw all they actually had was the panini and the cheese..we were nit offered a refund and when I said surely they should not charge full price she ignored me and turned her back on me !
How rude .
Sold out of these kind if things at just after 11 , how ridiculous is that .?
I do not, unfortunately know tge name of this “cafe” but it was on the beach , directly opposite the back of. Marks & Spencer.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS, wouldn’t buy anything from there if we were starving .

我问沙拉和凉拌卷心菜在哪儿，她说他们也没有了！！！！
所以，一份奶酪火腿帕尼尼，配沙拉和凉拌卷心菜，结果他们只有帕尼尼和奶酪……他们没有给我们退款，我说他们肯定不应该收全价，她却无视我，转身背对着我！
真粗鲁。
这种东西刚过11点就卖光了，真是太荒谬了。
很遗憾，我不知道这家“咖啡馆”的名字，但它在海滩上，就在玛莎百货的正对面。
无论如何都要避免，如果我们饿了就不会从那里买任何东西。
