Sleepy Hollow State Park的点评
点评：We loved our stay. We stayed right across from the restroom, which was cleaned and even weirdly smelled good. I never used the showers but it looked like there were four with actual doors. Our site wasn’t very tent friendly which made sleeping difficult but we walked around the sites and wrote down several to try out next time. We didn’t even know there was a playground and I wish there were a sign for it or something but when we stumbled upon it, we enjoyed it. There were a lot of kids and families, I didn’t notice anyone there to party and no one was too loud. There’s nothing exciting around but you know that going into it. Same with the well known fact that the beach here isn’t great. It’s dirt, not sand. But the view sitting at the beach is just beautiful and the kids don’t care, the beach is safe and that’s all that matters to them. I would recommend driving to the beach as opposed to walking. You walk along a pretty path but then over a large cement parking lot to get to the beach which won’t be fun with small children or on extra hot days.
