点评：Great trip. We arrived at approximately 12 pm and made our way towards the entrance of the museum. After paying the admission fee, we received a quick overview of the site and began to explore the museum. The museum consisted of several levels, including the ground floor and basement. There were informational plaques scattered throughout the museum, that went into detail about President Hayes life and his contributions to society as President. There were also multiple artifacts out for display as well, that related in some way, shape or form to President Hayes. The basement level focused on his early life, and the ground floor of the museum focused on his life as President. There was also a small section located towards the back of the museum that focused on his family life. The informational plaques were very text heavy and took a lot of time to get through. The site also hosted guided tours of President Hayes house, which was directly next to the museum. The tour of the house lasted roughly an hour and the tour guide took us from room to room, highlighting important features and telling us stories of the President and his family.
Tip: I recommend spending 3.5 hours here if you truly want to see everything.
