点评:I had been here before . Gardens not good. Sept 2024 . Decided to go last week August 2025 decided to have lunch at Tea Shed with my family . Asked at Cafe could we reserve table. Not a good response from your Manager or Supervisor ( lady with blonde hair approx 30years ) very abrupt. Didnt know where menus are told again abruptly in the extension. Ordered as usual limited menu ( not impressed. !After eating heard car alarm went off decided check go through side gate. Same person very rude . No signs saying No access shouted at. The finally straw was my sister decided just to look at vegetable garden opposite sitting Area. The same person shouted right got across the area to US unaware it was us. You have to buy tickets. Extremely Rude. I decided to shout back No ticket required. I am not from Cornwall .Surrey . Received top Customer Services award in British Airways several years ago. If she was my staff would be spoken too and warned. The business you have will not continue with people with attitude as hers. One I will not visit here again or my family or friends. The whole place is not worth a Visiting Gardens or Tea Shed ..The cafe is ok coffee. Otherwise better places.around. Starr
