Sun Lakes-Dry Falls State Park的点评
点评：Site #90, 89 and 88 are all very big and close to the bathroom (without the showers). Watch out for golf balls from the course. We almost got hit by people teeing off. Please take the wind caution seriously. It gets very windy. We now have a damaged tent and an easy up that we had to throw away. All of these listed sites that I mentioned, have some decent tree coverage. There are a lot of smaller sites in the back, that have tons of shade. The swimming and play area, is big and nice. I enjoyed the sandy beach with bathroom and a shower nearby! You can go hang out next door at the resort. There are amenities there and a nice swimming area. The kids will like it better over there. The swimming at Sun Lakes/park lake is nice, but go find the paved road that leads you to perch lake and deep lake. The videos that you see on YouTube of people jumping on the cliffs, are most likely from deep lake. It is an extreme change of a depth within about 8 feet from the shore, making it safe for people to jump off. It’s about a two mile trip to those areas. It would be an easy bike ride as it is flat. My teenagers had a blast jumping off the cliffs. Also, it’s a short drive up to Steamboat Rock state park and to the Grand Coulee Dam (a little bit further). I would also suggest that you should get your groceries and supplies in Ephrata rather than a Coulee City or electric city etc. The prices are much better in Ephrata. Overall, I’d probably give this place a rating of 3.8/5, if it were possible. The park staff we’re very nice and kept things nice and clean.
