波罗陆山谷观景点的点评
点评：We have visited Waipi'o Valley during our first trip to Big Island so considering how big this island is and how long it takes to get from this one to the other, this one needed a 2nd trip :)
We sadly drove through a rainy day during through Kohala Mountain Road, so it wasn't nowhere close to the scenic potential it has but I still enjoyed it. Once pass through that area you go to the little coastal villages/towns and finally arrive at the parking lot for the Pololu - most people parked outside of the "timed parking" on the road and just walked.
It's a beautiful coastal Scenic Point - you can take a hike etc. from here but we just came here to absorb the views and on that end it was 10/10! It was cool to see the "other side" of the valley after seeing Waipio in 2022 - it made the experience complete.
Pictures dont give it justice... it's a place where you just want to stare... and stare... and also we got to see some whales in the water in the distance so that was a cherry on the top!
