I rented a full package deal, which includes a helmet, but I already had my own helmet on at the time. My plan was to give my personal helmet to my friend and use the rental one myself. When I explained this to Donson, he was incredibly rude and immediately accused me of lying - repeatedly saying I was "lying to his face." Even after I calmly explained that I paid for the full package and was entitled to the equipment | rented, he refused to give me the helmet. He kept insisting I was being dishonest and He even went as far as demanding that I bring my friend in person (which I ended up doing), or he wouldn't hand over something I had already paid for.
At this point, it felt like he was taking away something I had rightfully purchased, which could easily be considered stealing.
This kind of treatment is completely unacceptable.
