Fun for the whole family, but go on a weekday

点评：This was a really fun experience for our family, including our two kids. We had a great time getting our hands dirty and digging for gold! The location is absolutely wonderful, with beautiful scenery all around.
The staff provided us with all the shovels and equipment we needed. However, since there were about 3-5 other families there at the same time and only one staff member, we received very little information about the history of the site or tips on how to properly pan for gold. This made the experience feel a bit rushed and less personalized than we had hoped.
To get a more one-on-one experience, I would highly recommend booking your visit outside of weekends and the busy summer season. We still had a blast, but visiting during a less crowded time would likely improve the educational aspect of the trip.
