Sunset Point Trail的点评
点评：My wife and I stopped here several times during our visit to the park. One thing I wish I would have understood prior to visiting was that the point isn't for observing the sunset itself. You're not supposed to look west, you're supposed to look EAST and enjoy the light of the setting sun, which illuminates the scenery with all kinds of beautiful colors. To that end, make sure you arrive BEFORE sunset if you want the full experience. Also, the parking area became quite congested, so make sure you arrive with enough time to park and walk to the trailhead.
If you're unable or unwilling to visit for sunset this trail still has lots of beautiful scenery to offer, including some great geology, which is very similar to that of the Grand Canyon. In fact my wife and I found the views of Sulphur Creek to be just as beautiful as those of the Grand Canyon, though more enjoyable to view due to the lack of crowds. Sulphur Creek can also be seen
