Staffing, Management Issures.. too frustrating

点评：After a 4.5 hour drive we arrive to find a motor home in our site. Back to the office, the kid, he was very nice but,... at the front gives us 3 sites we can choose. okay.. the first site we drive by is filled, that one is off the list. We choose the largest of the two remaininng set up and... no water at that site. Okay, well as we are knocking down to move again.. big bus pulls up and shes waiting for that site... shes reserved the site we were told to move to. No water Lady,were moving. So next day, almost everyone is gone. great, I can use the showers, washer/dryers without concern. (weve been boondocking for 10 days) need to do laundry. So missy, with bad attitude, at the front desk, says their "staff" is going to be using all the washer/dryers until tomorrow. Its 3:00 and I , as a paying guest, cant get a wshr? Ridiculous! From the moment we arrived to check out... one poor experience after another. Shame, if they had better staff, management, if they had a clue. this could be a nice stopover. But I can not reccommend, too frustrating.
翻译：经过 4.5 小时的车程，我们到达了我们的营地，发现有一辆房车。回到办公室，那个孩子，他非常好，但是……前面给了我们 3 个营地供我们选择。好吧……我们开车经过的第一个营地已经满了，那个营地不在名单上。我们选择了剩下的两个营地中最大的一个，但是……那个营地没有水。好吧，我们又要搬走了……大巴士停了下来，她在等那个营地……她预订了我们被告知要搬去的营地。没有水，女士，我们搬家了。所以第二天，几乎所有人都走了。太好了，我可以放心地使用淋浴、洗衣机/烘干机了。（我们已经在荒野露营了 10 天）需要洗衣服。前台态度恶劣的小姐说，他们的“员工”将使用所有的洗衣机/烘干机直到明天。现在是 3:00，而我作为付费客人，却不能使用热水？太荒谬了！从我们到达到退房的那一刻起……一次又一次糟糕的经历。真可惜，如果他们有更好的员工、更好的管理，如果他们有线索的话。这可能是一个不错的停留地。但我不能推荐，太令人沮丧了。
