Good budget pricing but not your normal rental car company.

点评：Took 1 hr 40 mins to pick up the car at the Varna airport - arrived 20:40 and missed that they had someone at the desk at arrivals (all kiosks empty - assumed it was too late). Called the operator who were very polite but were unable to sort out for a driver to pick us up and take us to the rental car just outside the airport. Clearly, we were at a different place than the driver (another three tall flags in a parking lot) who was unable to check probably the only other possible place / terminal. Much to my dismay, I learnt even though there are two terminals, the old terminal is not even operational any more...
Charged me a "contract extension fee" of 45 EUR even without going over the 24hr mark on the return date simply because I put 12pm noon as return time relying on how other rental car companies like Avis or Budget handle this - as long the return time no later than the time we picked up the car, it shouldn't accrue any further charges. That's not the case here. Be aware and appoint the exact time you will make the return of the car to avoid being nickled-and-dimed.
