点评:This was one of the places I really wanted to visit when going to Seattle. Especially with Seattle having some incredible local musical talent from bands such as Pearl Jam, Soundgarden and Alice in Chains.
MoPop itself was really good, but you wouldn’t know about the explosion of grunge in MoPop, there was literally nothing there to tell you about the Seattle music scene of that time. Which was thoroughly disappointing.
I thought as Jimi Hendrix was arguably the best guitarist ever, and a native to Seattle, that there would be a really good section for him, but this was also very disappointing, although it was nice that they actually had an exhibit for him, unlike the grunge music scene.
The highlight of MoPop for me, was the Chris Cornell statue outside, which is free to see.
It is worth a visit, but if you’re looking for interesting information about Jimi Hendrix and the grunge scene, this is not the place to go.
