Great for kids, but storyline takes witch trials not serious enough.
Gallows Hill Museum/Theatre的点评
点评：I went with my mother on a weekend in the summer and saw the main interactive show for the Gallows Hill Theatre. The interactive element was good and the acting was good. But I disliked the story. This activity would be great for kids if parents needed something fun to keep them entertained while in Salem for about a half an hour. But other than that, I wouldn't suggest going and seeing it, mainly because the storyline of the show that I saw didn't seem to respect Salem's history. It seemed to make light of the fact that people died during the Salem witch trials. That clearly wasn't the goal, but because the story tries to incorporate historical elements with a spooky interactive kitchy show it makes it feel irreverent and gave me that little ick feeling. I wish they had just focused on the kitchy, spooky aspect and made up a story that was fun and interactive. That would've been amazing, but because they tried to incorporate the historical elements it seems like it was not taking the fact that people died seriously. Also for those of you who don't know, the main interactive show was a one-man show so if you were thinking, it would be a big thing, it's not, but the actor handled it well. I just didn't go in expecting that. So just manage your expectations if you go and see it.
