点评：I was extremely disappointed and disgusted by my experience here.
When we arrived, we were informed that there had been an incident involving diarrhoea in one of the pools and were directed to use a smaller pool instead. A short while later, staff told us that the affected pool was now safe to use, explaining that the water had been changed and disinfected as an extra precaution. Based on this reassurance, my children and I went into the pool.
However, after we had been swimming for around an hour, staff then informed everyone that there was still diarrhoea in the pool and that it had been seen floating past. We were told to leave the water immediately. This was shocking and deeply concerning, particularly as we had previously been assured that the pool was safe.
Unfortunately, my daughter and I spent the rest of that day and the following day suffering from vomiting and diarrhoea. While I cannot say with certainty what caused our illness, the timing was very concerning given the circumstances.
Overall, I found the handling of this incident unacceptable. Health and safety should be a top priority, and I do not feel the situation was managed appropriately. Based on my experience, I would not return and cannot recommend this venue.
