点评:Venue is brilliant. Service with the Babul performance was frustrating and arrogant service.
The tickets were not emailed, I called in morning before work ! 'My call is importanted to us' for 27 minutes.
After work switched on phone to realise sitting has been move due to sound system! Inconvenience or panic.
Rude security lady would let us enter due to ticket.
I had to raise my voice slightly to inform her but another said come over as he searched my bag let me in to talk to reception she quickly followed to make sure I'm going to reception when I said I'm OK.. she stated she was guiding me!
The reception staff looked surprised as I did too! So irritated but that attitude.
Noted the changes and tickets printed.
I asked as we always done to enter from front inside of side.
Which he was surprised our entre was blocked!
The performance was amazing but Hippodrome I'll give it a miss and organise travel to different venues. Manchester Lowery will have our full support.
