Snow Tubing Needs a More Efficient Setup

点评：Went for the Northern Lights snow tubing session Thursday evening.
The sessions are 90 minutes for $28 on a weekday and $35 on a weekend.
On the pricy side IMO and not worth it for the experience we had. I also thought the light effects were underwhelming.
We went for the 6 PM to 7:30 time slot. That seems to be the most popular time for this. I would suggest a later session as the number of new riders were a lot less at the start of each later session (6:30, 7:00, 7:30).
Having said that, the way they run it is VERY inefficient. Riders all start at the same time. So you wait quite a bit up at the top until ALL the lanes are clear and ALL the previous riders have left the runout area. You spend a LOT of time waiting at the top.
In our 90 minute session we got in only 5 runs! That comes to almost $6 per run. If they priced it individually like that, it would be deemed not worth it to spend 60 seconds sliding down the hill.
Now I will say their runout area is fairly small. They really need to find a way to expand the runout area.
But even so, they could come up with a plan so that everyone doesn't have to wait at the top until ALL the previous riders are well on their way to the return lift (moving carpet).
On the plus side, all the staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful.
