Nice views, hornets/wasps on the plantation
Cameron Highland Trail No. 6的点评
点评：We went by trail 10 and then left to the trail 6. On the plus, the trail 10 through the forest is nice and the views on the plantations and tea plantation at the end is very nice. Downsides: The alternative/shortcut to trail 10 is now also starting to get blocked. There is a sign now to get behind the fence and someone pointed us to go to the top where the uphill track starts. The entrance to trail 6 is now “blocked” by red-white tape, but of course you can easily go underneath it. It is slippery in some parts, around 3 time there is a distinct drop from the not that wide path, so you have to be careful. We started the track in the morning not to do it in the rain forecasted for the afternoon. When you get to the road from the first vegetable plantation, turn right (on maps me it was no longer market as trail 6) and you will reach a path on the left through a tea plantation. There is a sign with 4 RM payment that will be collected at the end ( maybe you can reach the road some other way than the tea house at the end). Be careful! At this path the will be a small concrete platform with a roof, there is a hornet’s nest there. On All trails I sow that many people were stung by them. I would try to leap by the streak to the tea plants and move around them to walk in a safe distance from this platform. They are aggressive and took them 3 sec to attack us, it good we were warned and quickly realised what was happening but we did get stung anywhay.
