点评：We have stayed at the Hard Rock Atlantic City, never issues till now, upon checking in to a rude front desk, we always have the reservation 2 nights in my name and 2 nights in my husband's. Told we could not do that, had to have two rooms, could not keep the same room. The manager came over after a half and hour found a room, told us to call the host to get the room for 4 nites. Next day called the host, got the room.in the South tower I wanted the North, but we had a room. Then the keys were deactivated. Back to the front desk.said keys must of been near a cell phone. Being so frustrated we checked out a day early. Also a waiters on the floor very rude, ordered a sparkling water, when she came back said they don't have it anymore drink regular water and walked away. The machines were cold as well as the tables.

翻译：我们以前也住过哈德洛克大西洋城酒店，一直都没出过什么问题。这次入住时，前台服务态度很差。我们提前预订了住宿：以我的名义订了两晚，以我丈夫的名义也订了两晚。但对方告知我们无法这样安排，必须开两间房，不能共用同一间房。半小时后经理过来了，帮我们找到一间房，还让我们联系客服人员以申请四晚的住宿。第二天我们联系了客服，终于拿到了房间。我原本想要北塔的房间，不过能住上房也行吧。随后，房卡被失效了。我们又回到前台，据说那些房卡当时应该就在手机附近。由于实在心烦意乱，我们提前一天退房了。此外，楼层的服务员也极其无礼：我点了气泡水，她回来后却说已经没货了，让我喝普通的水，说完就走开了。不仅机器很冷，连桌子也是冰凉的。这次假期体验很差，以后肯定会考虑换别的地方入住。
