点评：Harsha has been absolutely BRILLIANT in assisting me with planning our holiday and providing his brother as a fabulous driver for 11 days. Harsha was recommended by a colleague. Harsha communicated with me for months and months before the holiday and helped me plan and budget the upcoming holiday. Harsha was incredibly polite and had excellent English at every interaction. He really reassured me and made everything seem possible when we still at home and a bit unsure of how things would go. We are a family of 5 with kids aged 14, 12 & 12.
Harsha’s brother (incredible likeness!), Sampath, gave us a wonderful welcome in the airport arrivals hall and continued to be kind and helpful during our travels around amazing Sri Lanka. Sampath recommended tours, gave us so much interesting and important information about culture, food, temples, sights and wildlife. Sampath ensured that we had the best tickets at the cultural show in Kandy and also took us to 2 incredible waterfalls where we enjoyed swimming in the mountains. Sampath took us to a fab tea factory/ plantation and stopped at some great viewpoints in the mountains. He was always polite and helpful and, most importantly, our teenage girls felt safe and comfortable with him. Sampath has a lovely sense of humour and didn’t mind when we were a bit late/ changed plans at the last minute. He also recommended some good and cheap places to eat- thank you!
