Spectacular beach but closed. No maintenance since 2022.
Playa De Los Roques的点评
点评：“Playa de los Roques” is easily accessible from San Juan de la Rambla.
If you're looking for the beach with the round rock and the hole, that's a few miles away and is called
"Roques Granda” and the access is from Puerto del la Cruz. However, don't get too excited - both the beach and the path are currently closed due to danger of landslide.
It looks like they are letting this spectacular beach fall apart.
It's disappointing to see a new path, created after 2020 (with European funds), left in such poor condition with the stairs literally coming loose and vegetation growing to block the path and trees literally left hanging on the path. There another path in god condition but it’s also closed.
The cliff itself is extremely unsafe, with massive stones precariously hanging above the beach.
It breaks my heart seeing this natural beauty left to crumble with no maintenance since 2022.
