Car Theft and Unprofessional Staff

点评：My car was stolen on Saturday, May 25, 2024 after attending an expo at Hope Zoo in Kingston. The Site Supervisor and Director were so rude to me after I tried to report the matter. She [Director] asked me on the phone, "What you want me to tell you, that I don't care?" She also snarled at the type of car they stole and made snide remarks about the personal items that were inside of the car when it was stolen. Her Site Supervisor brought me to the gate and asked me to read the No Liability Clause at the front entrance. I would never recommend because the security there is horrible and the staff is very rude and unprofessional.
The place needs to shut down. Almost everyday they steal cars up there and nothing becomes of it. It happens right infront of the Guardsman and KingAlarm security guards who conveniently don't see. I would suggest to spend your money with a zoo that will take your security seriously and respect you for who you are.
