点评：This place is not accessible to anyone with a disability despite having a sign up saying it is accredited by fully accessible Barbados, picturing person in wheel chair and walking stick. My elderly mother struggles to go upstairs, I asked repeatedly prior to our visit with her if she would be able to get access to the aviary without climbing a large set of stairs and go down a very precarious path at the other side and was told no problem. It is difficult for able bodied persons to get to the aviary and would not want to carry a baby in a stroller up the stairs or down the path. I asked during our first visit without her one week before 2 separate people, yes no problem. I asked again when cancelling the transport provided as we were making our own way, yes no problem and I will note it on your booking. On arrival it was a flat no. Some staff are friendly and helpful and others are beyond miserable and unhelpful. There is a lot of waiting about yet there is not enough time to complete the free activities advertised. The zip lining and rum tasting was good, Gabriel, Akeem and Deshaun were fantastic but the inaccessibility issues detract from the experience. We won’t be back despite being regular visitors to the caves since 1983.
