点评:An excellent trip, with Miguel, an experienced climber who was thorough, professional and made a fun trip.
We started near Peguera in a carpark where we got into wetsuits - for protection from rocks, and had been to wear 'sneakers'. A good call as there were a lot of sharp rocks. After walking a few minutes we came to a beautiful bay. Miguel would tell us anecdotes about the place, like a monk used to live in a cave there or that the cicadas (I think they were) would start buzzing to keep cool which would start at 30 degrees.
We did rock jumping, after a quick lesson in technique for how to do it safely, starting low and going up to maybe 9m later on. It was quite hard work getting out of the sea, but Miguel would help if needed. We also did via ferrata type climbing on a sheer cliff over the sea followed by abseiling down about 20m. We very much enjoyed it, but if you suffer from vertigo, maybe not for you.
We then 'deep water free-climbed' around a cliff wall, where the safety was falling in the water, but not more than a couple of meters above the water. None of us did fall in.
Beautiful surroundings and a well run operation. It felt like a bit of a mini-adventure and I would thoroughly recommend this trip.
