点评：Windy’s floats is a steadfast staple in the world of fabulous floats! They’ve been dropping me off and picking me up for my little excursions down the river for over 20 years. I can always count on Windy’s for a top-notch experience. On my float over the weekend, the owner of the company himself assisted me, he provided impeccable customer service and since this isn’t their busy season and they didn’t have a lot of other trips, he even coordinated pick up and drop off for me at a location that they don’t frequently use.
I just saw a terrible review from someone named Douglas H… which is a really awful thing to do to a privately owned family business in this economy. After reading his Karen-like rant… it made me ponder the question… is Douglas H a delicate flower? Has he ever encountered a real man who runs his own business and steps up to the plate keeping things moving even if he has to do it himself. Did Douglas H expect instant gratification and special treatment on a day when a small business was hustling to move hundreds of people up and down the river and then when it wasn’t feasible for them to do so…. he couldn’t handle hearing the word no?
Windy’s has not ever let me down. My family and numerous friends will say the same. Don’t let the review of one Karen discourage you from using the best canoe/kayak rental company in the area! 😊🌞😁
