点评：This review is coming from wine club members who have spent many hours and thousands of dollars at this establishment. Members of our party have actually shared a bottle of wine with Kicks Brooks and we live minutes from the vineyard. Hosted out of town family and reserved the tasting room for 9 family members. This was approved in advance by the venue. We had a great tasting experience-thank you to Cynthia and Monica! We spent over $1500 in this single visit but as soon as we left the tasting room, they refused to let us sit at the open tables in the upstairs area citing “policy”. Interesting that it wasn’t a problem before we did our tasting and very sad that it was afterwards. We had our elderly parents and two families and it was 30 degrees outside. There were literally no people using this area. We even had two members of our party agree to go outside so we would meet the head count requirement and they still asked us to vacate this area. Despite making our case to the employees and the narrow minded manager, Doug, we were asked to leave in an inappropriate way. Very unfortunate to have years of fond memories and good experiences overshadowed by such ignorance and a very poor experience.
