Great birthday experience
Climbing Hut Ellesmere Port的点评
点评：We booked here for our daughters 8th birthday party and had a great experience. The booking was easy and I got an email reminder the week before prompting the waiver to be done.
The staff were fantastic and both instructors worked really well with all the girls to make sure they enjoyed the session and that the less confident climbers felt happy. By the end of the session all the girls were trying climbs they hadn't done at the start of the session and were absolutely buzzing at what they'd achieved.
We did the self catering option which worked perfectly for us and it was nice to have that as a choice.
The only minor critique is that when completing the waiver online you have to confirm your email address via email which adds another step to the process. It just meant I had to chase this up with a couple of people so we weren't sorting that out at the party.
That aside, I would thoroughly recommend the whole experience. Thank you all involved!
