Rethymno Relax Fish Spa的点评
点评：The laundry list of things that weren’t up to par, is too long to write.
When I arrived I asked if they took card as payment, which they confirmed they did. After I was finished and wanted to pay, they then told me that they only take cash. When asked what I wanted I said: back massage (20€), foot massage (15€) and a shellac manicure on my natural nails(20€), with a design on two nails (1,5-4€ pr. nail).
Among the things that were unprofessional to say the least were; I am convinced that the woman massaging me has had no proper training. She didn’t warm up my back muscles in the slightest, and went in harshly, and didn’t follow up with recommending lots of water, which is vital after a massage. She didn’t sanitize the headrest before the massage, to let me as a client know that they are serious about hygiene.
For the foot massage, she basically just pet my feet for like 20 minutes. That’s it.
For the nails, she didn’t soften my cuticles, but again when straight in on pushing them back, doing so in a painful and forceful manner, and cutting (butchering) them, so they bled. They literally look worse now, than they did when I walked in.
I wanted the holographic effect, where she forgot to use the magnet to create said effect, and instead had me cure the nail polish without doing so. When her colleague tried to help her correct it, the damage was done, and instead of removing the polish on that hand and starting over, she tried to just add on top of it. Then on the two accent nails, they didn’t paint the design in white first to make it stand out, they just painted it once in the neon color, so it looks super ugly. They also only added top coat to two fingers, so they haven’t even cured properly, and are now matte and dentures, with fluff from my shirt stuck in it.
Besides that, there’s still rough nail polish that wasn’t removed properly all over my nails and on my hands.
After asking what me and my girlfriend do for a living, they mocked my education, and said that my girlfriend’s job is for men (she’s a mechanic). It’s completely fair to have opinions such as those, but it is entirely disrespectful and rude to disregard the time and effort my partner has put into her job and education, and say that it’s a man’s job. Especially coming from a woman who as she says this apparently has five years of experience, whilst having actively butchered my nail beds and my nail job. Awful service, awful everything. Oh and they tried to scam us on the price, saying it was 20€ above what we were expecting from their price list and our communication with them.
