No wheelchair access, no respect for team

点评：I would have given this store a one, but your Team is absolutely incredible. I was shocked after being wowed by your team and been told that they are not allowed to accept tips, I said what if I just left one, and they said "please don't, "they watch the cameras"! " "PLEASE DON"T THEY WATCH CAMERAS" What happened to the customer is always right? I thought they were kidding at first, but they weren't! I was told HR watches cameras. Sounds like the Magnotta family has little respect for the team.
So this makes me think that the Magnotta family is so out of touch with the reality of 2024! I visited many wineries and I tipped everyone except yours! This store is not a winery experience, it is a retail store, there are no vineyards there, their neighbour is a truck stop and a fast food restaurant, but why would you not allow your front line to accept tips? Makes me wonder what else this retail store is failing.
As I was there, I watched the team sell 16L boxes of wine after 16L boxes of wine all over $100, and their Team carried them out. No tips! Magnotta family you should be ashamed, do you even know how real wineries work? There is no wheelchair accessible entrance.
I wanted to see what else was wrong, and they do not have wheelchair access! I watched seniors walk in and struggle with the door! How can the Magnotta family not have wheelchair access. It is 2024! The cash register desk is so worn out, it really makes me never want to return.
Magnotta family let me know when you have a shift in paradigm.
