Absolute lack of customer service
Aerospace Museum of California的点评
点评：Had planned to spend some time here with our 4yo, but because of a winter storm we had to make a major detour on or road trip. Therefore we arrived here about 50 minutes before closing time (we thought) and was prepared for a quick look. However when entering, we were told that they had decided to close the museum 30 minutes earlier that day, which left us with 15-20 minutes there. This was not posted anywhere and got me a bit annoyed, but when we first had made the trip I at least wanted to make my son see the planes, and asked if we could just have a quick peek.
Well we could, but the woman behind the counter clarified that she would still charge us the full entry fee. So, here THEY decide to close earlier, and they still don't do anything to compensate. It's a museum so it's not like it's going to cost them anything. When I told her my son would be disappointed, she suggested the nearby playground. Nice touch..
(It should be said that the nearby playground was really nice, but that's beside the point here).
