点评：Have always had a good experience up until yesterday. We went for the sandwich/toastie deal with crisps and coleslaw and added on the deal of half portion soup with it for just under £12 each. I had granary bread which certainly wasn’t fresh and coronation chicken didn’t taste of coronation sauce either it was very bland . Once outside I realised that we’d been overcharged as we’d been charged £6.20 for 2 small portions of coleslaw which it clearly stated was included and we got no crisps either . I went back in and the waitress said you had the deal, it certainly didn’t say that crisps or coleslaw weren’t part of the deal. She asked if I wanted my money back I said yes and she gave me it no bother. If it’s not part of the deal it should be clearly stated but the amount of coleslaw didn’t warrant paying £3.10 for it . Normal staff wasn’t on yesterday as they are a lot friendlier than the staff on yesterday. Won’t be rushing back again .
