Badly organised. Not worth the money

点评：We went on the balou/gramvousa tour. On the way to kissamos, the tour guide talked for 15 min in polish. And when she switched to English, it took 5 min. Very bad for those who dont understand polish.
At the port, she left the bus to get tickets. The bus drove somewhere to park but the driver and the guide forgot to talk to each other. So all people we sitting in the bus for a long time and the driver had to call the office as he didn't know where she was.
Finally we got to go to the boat and as a result we were the last to board and all the good seats were taken.
Coming back from the tour, there was uncertainty as to who should go on which bus. On the bus we waited a long time. The bus driver counted people but counted wrong. And the guide didn't bother to count until we have waited for at least 10 min. Everyone was on board. Coming back the driver forgot to drive towards agia marina, so we had to turn back.
At two occasions the guide and the driver were arguing in Greek. Not very professional.
As for the tour itself, you need to inform people that if you have any kind of disabilities or heart problems, don't go. The terrain is very bad.
