点评：Freezing cold, colder than the last couple of weeks, 2 of us in our 60's swimming slowly in a lane, one of us is registered disabled so needs someone close when swimming, (and as they say not all disabilities are visible) 1staff member came over and asked us to get out of the lane as a member of the public complained they wanted to use the lane. Refused to tell us who asked, we sat at the side a lady got in swam one length and got out we asked to speak to manager whilst we waited the lane remained empty. He suggested we got in the main section where they tell you swim lengths a young family and baby were in swimming crossways so would've made this impossible so we got out been going every week for over a year and in the last few months they have removed the ramp with bar rails for disabled access so now have to have a staff member operate a humiliating hoist. Despicable treatment and on leaving the lane was still empty!
