Popham Farm Alpaca Trekking的点评
点评：Fabulous experience and well worth the money. Ben and Caroline were so friendly from the moment we contacted them. We have a young adult with learning disabilities and this was perfect for him as we were the only visitors on the trek which they accompany you on throughout. He was able to share holding the lead of one of the alpacas allowing him a full part of the experience.
The trek was through some beautiful farmland and woods and was easy terrain to walk on. Pace is gentle as that’s how the alpacas like it and their quirky personalities make it great fun.
It was lovely to hear about the farm and the animals and I learnt a lot from Ben and Caroline, At the end of the trek we were allowed to spend time with and feed the animals including the alpacas, horses and Pygmy goats. Plus there are chickens and cats around, all of which are used to people and very friendly.
There is toilet and handwashing facilities available on the farm site plus a little shop which has a some alpaca items plus a few snacks, ice cream and drinks.
Well worth a visit!
