点评：This was my first luau and it didn't disappoint. They stayed true to tradition right from the beginning with a prayer chant, conch shell calls and kukui nut leis.
They gave us a lot of history about the estate and Hawaiian culture before numerous song and dance numbers including the fire dance.
They had set up traditional games for us to play while we had our first drink: spear throwing, something like bowling, tattoos and a hula lesson.
Throughout the meal there was more traditional dancing while we ate kalua pork, luau chicken, fish wrapped in ti leaves, taro root, rice, salad, king roll and a few desserts.
What kept this experience intimate was that they don't cater to large groups like many other luau experiences- the night we went there were less than 40 guests and everyone had a great view of the performances!
