点评：Mauro was an absolute pleasure to deal with from the very first message. He was quick to reply, polite, professional and there was absolutely no messing around. He kept us updated throughout and made everything crystal clear, which took away so much of the usual stress that comes with arranging transfers.
When we arrived at the airport, Mauro was there to pick us up and immediately made me and my family feel comfortable and well looked after. The car was lovely, clean and nicely air-conditioned, and he even had cold bottles of water waiting for us all — such a thoughtful touch.
The drive from Verona to Limone was lovely, and Mauro was friendly and chatty without being overbearing. He also gave us lots of great tips and recommendations along the way, which really added to the experience.
Our return journey was exactly the same. Mauro kept in touch when he said he would, arrived bang on time and was, as always, polite, punctual and professional.
