点评：The woman who explained the games was really good, patient and friendly with my children, however the first game didn't work so had to go on a different one. Took a Bit of time to get going, it got a bit busy all of a sudden and she was on her own after going and asking Lee I think his name was to help her she was still on her own for a good 15/20 mins during this time 6 people came in and my sons handset wasn't working properly for pretty much all of the 15 mins, she did apologise and my children had to swap seats alot because the VR kept not working. What was half an hour booking turns into almost an hour leaving at 12:50 which is fine for us as we didn't have anything else booked. I just think it clearly need 2 people out front for those times or one in the back that is able to come out as and when as clearly the machines don't run well and do need sorting along with also serving customers and helping them set up the game. To add I visited today. Tuesday at 12pm so it wasn't a peak time I would of understood more if it was
