ICS Italy Chauffeur Service的点评
点评：We are a family of four from Australia, and we pre-booked the ICS Italy Chauffer Service for 5 separate journeys / transfers throughout Italy, France and Switzerland, over a period of 4 weeks during December 2024 and January 2025.
I cannot recommend them highly enough for the following reasons:
1. The experience and service whilst booking the journeys with the team was exceptional, they were helpful and responsive and helped us to ensure we booked the most appropriate vehicle for our family and luggage (which was quite a lot and included ski bags) - at the lowest price they could.
2. The company reliably emailed within 24 hours prior to each pick up to confirm the details of the journey. At no stage did I have to call the company to ensure they were coming as their procedures are obviously very regimented and therefore much more reliable than other transfer / chauffeur services we have used on other trips.
3. We had a different driver for each transfer (our transfers ranged from 2 hours to 5 hours) - every drive was exceptionally helpful and polite. All of them went out of their way to assist us with questions or anything we required, as well as facilitating any stops we needed on the way.
4.. For all 5 transfers we had- the driver and vehicle arrived arrived to our pick up point at least 15 minutes prior to the booking departure time. We were never left worrying and stressing about whether they were going to turn up, being late for the next leg of our trip, or having to call them to find out when they would be arriving.
