点评：The shark dive experience itself was great but they didn’t set anything up or seem to want to help in any way. I dive all over and this is the second time a decently rated dive crew didn’t want to be accommodating to their guests. They seemed bothered when asking if using the restroom was okay, where to go grab my weights, or if I could load up on board, etc. simple stuff. There was no dangerous or dodgy situation thankfully. Just not the greatest customer service. The photography was a rip too. I didn’t buy the footage thankfully but what I captured on my go pro seemed just as good. They didn’t allow any previewing before asking you to drop nearly $200 for some pics that weren’t high quality. We paid for the 2 tank dive with the second being a baited shark dive. That dive was great, lots of nurse and black tip reef sharks showed up. It was a nice time. The first dive was a total waste of time though. We sat at the bottom and followed around a few small nurse sharks and one sting ray doing nothing for what took me over an hour of wasting air to finish my tank. Very boring and uneventful. They kept us at the exact same site and we didn’t see anything we wouldn’t have seen on the second dive having spent all that time in the same spot for the first dive. We were told we’d dive a reef, wreck or a light drift along a wall first then do the shark dive but we really only got one dive site with a wasted tank. For it being a 5 star padi rated dive company I am a bit disappointed overall.
