Lake of Bays Marina的点评
点评：July 16, 2025 we reserved an introductory ski lesson for our 10 year old grandson. We were introduced to a fine young man Calvin, who met James with excitement for his new experience. Calvin had a very limited supply of skis and chose a smaller ski as the other option was adult. Calvin continued to be encouraging during the lesson despite our boy struggling to keep the skis together to plane the water. Thankfully our daughter who is a licensed, insured and very experienced driver for skiers was able to drive the boat allowing Calvin to go in the water continuing, encouraging and assisting our grandson. It was determined that the best skis would be a harnessed pair to prevent the splaying. Our questions to Lake of Bays Marine. Why was there not a spotter provided from the marina? Assumptions of family participating particularly as a grandparent when easily I may have been on my own. We were fortunate by chance, to have my daughter present and willing to assist with the lesson. Why was the ski school not suppled with the proper equipment for young skiers when operating and advertising as a ski school? Considering the price of over $400.00 for an hour without the proper equipment was less than acceptable. Attempts were made to speak to Liam( owner of Marina) but calls were not returned. Not only was this a disappointment and an unsatisfactory reflection upon Lake of Bays Marine it was also a realization of a great employee serving a company to his best without the proper and necessary support.
