Simpsons Boutique Spa at Branston Hall的点评
点评：See I did really like it here. I normally got my nails done and my mum loved the treatments. It’s quiet and the food was ok. Service could be spotty. The reason for the 2 stars is that long story short, we paid for a day spa session, the day before I was called into hospital and they had to perform a procedure there and then which I wasn’t aware of and then I was told that I was not allowed to be in any water for 2 weeks after.
We called the spa and just asked to change date, explained the story. It was just over 24 hours before (which I know is their policy so just to confirm we did let them know around 27 hours before) and they said they would not change the date. We had 2 options, not come and lose our money or come and I wasn’t able to do anything. We went, it was miserable to be honest and a little upsetting.
I don’t think a change of date would have been too much to ask. We would have changed to any date in the future that would have suited them. Sometimes businesses really don’t have any costumer care and unfortunately we have complained directly to them but had no feedback or acknowledgement.
They have lost 2 customers as we did come quite frequently.
