点评：We booked a party. Rather than waffle on, I'll break it down...

I rang to ask if we needed to arrive early and was told no. You get 1 hour bounce and 45 minutes in party room. You and the other parents have to sit in the cafe upstairs, provided you can get a seat, for the first hour. You are then ushered to the room to feed the children, do the cake, cut the cake, hand out party bags etc. Given that our party was the first slot (11am) I would have appreciated access to the room, to pop our balloons, cake etc in and have somewhere for the adults to sit.
On arrival we was told there was outstanding waivers that needed to be done. Due to expiry, which does not come up on the waiver link they get you to send out, so parents believed it was complete. Your children need to watch the video, get a stamp and wristband. After 15-20 minutes of sorting all this out (it was busy and had to wait for someone to come over and sort the party waivers, wristbands etc) the children then lost this time out of their 1 hour jump.
I was so stressed during the whole experience that I personally wouldn't book again. Oh, and our host smelled awfully that it was just unprofessional and unhygienic.
I will add that you have to pay for extra jumpers on the day. If the que is long you are expected to wait to pay and the child also loses all that time, depending how long it takes.
Fortunately for the children, aged 5/6, they was unaware of the issues and enjoyed what time they had. I apologised multiple times to the other parents for all the issues, delays and lack of communication.
