点评：Perfect rainy day destination. From the off the experience was a good one. A lovely welcome on the front desk from the beaming Courtney set the standard. All the staff we interacted with were welcoming and efficient. The facility itself is impressive in scale and variety.
We took my wife’s eight-year-old grandson and were delighted to discover we could join him on the play areas. I think we had easily as much fun as he did… if not more. It’s always great to let go and get back in touch with your inner child.
There were several things that really stood out.
Value - the hour long sessions rather than hour long queues for a five minute ride. The very reasonable prices in the tastefully designed cafe area. It overlooks the play area and is SO much more pleasant than cheap plastic McDonalds type seating. Sofas and arm chairs for coffee and snacks; decorative pot plants on shelving units to break the area up; chairs and tables for meals.
Variety - you go where you want when you want so it’s not formulaic. The activities are all well designed and unlike a theme park it’s all based on physical activity rather than the sedentary nature of rides. This means repeat visits are fresh experiences. We’ll definitely be going back.
Service - as mentioned above, the staff were excellent. Friendly, diligent and vigilant.
