Disappointing hygiene standard at the spa

点评：I joined OneLeasure Spa Facility with high hopes of enjoying a relaxing and hygienic environment, but unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory.
Despite being a member since February, I have consistently observed a lack of cleanliness throughout the premises. The floor, despite its dark grey color, remains consistently dirty, and the foul odor emanating from the drain has persisted since the time of my joining. Additionally, the 'aroma room' lacks any pleasant aroma and instead emits a bad smell. These unsanitary conditions have serious consequences on health, leading to respiratory issues and discomfort for patrons.Furthermore, the showers near the gym, both in the female and male changing rooms, are in a deplorable state. Dust accumulates on the vents, hairs litter the floor, and visible mold is present in all showers. This neglect poses serious health risks to both children and adults alike.What's more, despite a notification on the app about scheduled deep cleaning and maintenance before Easter, I was shocked to learn that it had not been performed due to difficulty conducting cleaning activities with people around. This explanation left me astounded, especially considering the app advice about the spa closing earlier for deep cleaning.
As a result of the unsanitary conditions at the facility, I have recently developed an infection in my feet. This is unacceptable so I cannot recommend OneLeasure Spa Facility due to its disappointing hygiene standards and lack of action to address reported issues. It's crucial for a spa facility to prioritise cleanliness and patron safety, and until significant improvements are made, I advise potential patrons to seek alternative options.
