Disappointing treatment time

点评：Booked a 50MIN - 241 PUMPKIN SPICE SPA DAY for a treat for me & my hubby.
On arrival there was no one at reception so waited a few minutes for someone to come, when a woman did eventually come she was disinterested & dismissive.
We have been before so luckily know the layout of the place.
The pool was nice & warm on this visit & both sauna, steam room & hot tub were working today.
Arrived at the spa 10 minutes before our treatments were due as stated and was shown into the relaxation room but waited almost 20 minutes until we were called into treatment room, then felt we waited ages before the therapist came back into room. So buy the time the massage actually started was 15 minutes late.
The massage we got was lovely but after 35 minutes it was over! (Hands on time should have been 50 mins) we questioned this straight away and was told the extra time is for showering!
Next time I think we will be going to a proper spa !
