点评：I arrived 5 mins late and was greeted at the main reception and was told to go to the spa reception. There was nobody there to greet me. I had booked a spa day with 2 treatments. It had been a treat from my boyfriend via "The Virgin Experience Days". Was stood in the Spa area and felt very uncomfortable, nobody came to assist me or even direct me to a changing room to put on a robe etc. So I stood there like a spare part as the other seats where taken. I was eventually told I could sit at the Nail Bar which I wasn't happy about since I was there for a SPA DAY! Nobody showed me any facilities or what I had access too, however the girl that gave me the treatment was called Caitlyn and she was very good at the massage and made me feel relaxed. After the treatment I was still in my tshirt and leggings and not spa like at all. I tried the relaxation room which was lovley but again, no rob or towel so felt very uncomfortable. This experience was not cheap and it definitely did not make me feel like I would go back. Its the last thing I want to see is a nail bar when I'm there for a spa day. I had wanted to try the sauna and have a swim but because the customer service was not there and I was not informed or given enough information then I was massively disappointed and only stayed a little time after my treatment. I will be looking for somewhere a bit more professional the next time I want a spa day
