Track Side的点评
点评：Our family owns two new Polaris RZR units. We were recently enjoying an off road run when we encountered a mechanical issue. I called Track Side unsure of what to do. We were 40 miles from our cabin.
Eric answered my phone call. He assured me he would do whatever he had to to get us back up and motoring.
Eric knew the trail we were riding. He arrived with Kyle within 15 minutes of my call. Together they diagnosed and made an adjustment to our new machine. Our family was back on the trail within 30 minutes.
In a world where sellers today forget you as you drive off the lot, we didn't experience that with Track Side. These guys understood the concerns of our family, responding with outstanding professionalism and expediency. Thank you Eric and Kyle. Thank you Track Side for standing behind the Polaris brand you sell! We are truly grateful.
