He didn’t just drive us from Newcastle to Sydney for our cruise — he made the journey part of the holiday. He went out of his way to take the most scenic route so we could see both the Opera House and our cruise ship, even stopping for toilet breaks and offering to take photos so we could capture the moment. Those little touches showed how much he cares about his passengers having the best possible experience.
The drop-off and pick-up were effortless and stress-free. We never had to worry about timing, parking, or finding our way — Colin had it all covered with calm professionalism. He made sure we felt comfortable and looked after the entire way.
