Wahweap Marina的点评
点评：Working with Wahweap Marina is a fabulous. We have been reserving a slip for our boat for 3 years now. They are always friendly and helpful when calling to make the reservation and when we go in to sign the papers.
The Marina offers a cart service for both portage of belongings and for a ride from parking lots to your boat slip. We love the ride down from the parking lots, especially as we have an elderly person that does not walk well, and our friends have a disabled child.No problems have exhisted until this year. The Porter service ended on September 18, but Parking cart service continued. It appears there was a miscommunication, and many thought both services were discontinued.
I would like to specifically give a HUGE thank you to Amy Simmons in the office. I came in on the 18th to get a Parking Lot cart. There were at least 8 people in there trying to get Porter or Parking Lot help. These people were very upset as there was a waiting time since all carts were busy.
One young woman was demanding help immediately. Amy raised her vioice a little to let all of us know that the carts were all busy and would get to us as fast as possible. The woman yelled at Amy and said, Don't yell at me". Amy tried to explain she was only letting everyone know of the cart situation.
I was SO impressed with how Amy maintained her professionalism and her voice. She went above and beyond to help us, but some people just feel they are more important.
